Winery Tasting Notes
Color:
Deep, dark ruby red with potential for some purple hints, indicating its age and richness.
Aromas:
Expect bold aromas of ripe blackberries, blackcurrant (cassis), and possibly dark cherries. There could also be secondary notes from oak aging, such as vanilla, cedar, or a slight smokiness, as well as a touch of green pepper or graphite.
Taste:
Full-bodied with firm, structured tannins and balanced acidity. The palate would be rich, with concentrated flavors of dark fruits like blackcurrant, plum, and blueberry, paired with earthy undertones and a potential trace of tobacco or leather. If the wine saw some oak influence, there might also be a hint of spice or chocolate.
Finish:
A lingering, smooth finish, with a nice balance of fruit and tannins, allowing for some age potential.

Asset Collection
This is a pick up sale. Collection is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Pick up is available by advance booking only once cleared funds are received. Booking can be made for Monday to Friday collection between 8.30am & 1.30pm (excluding public holidays). Bookings must be made 48 hours prior to pick up date and time.
Collection without a booking is not possible. Please refer to your winner's email for booking information.
Items must be picked up within 10 working days from receipt of payment, or else they may be deemed abandoned.

To collect your purchases please bring a copy of your invoice and photo ID. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your invoice along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays/SKU staff to release your purchases to the third party.
Please note:
- Grays accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been picked up from the warehouse.
- Items must be inspected before removal from Grays as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
- Any items not collected after the last pick up date may be deemed abandoned and resold or otherwise disposed of.
