Grade 3:
Items in this category may show more significant marks, scratches, dents or imperfections on the fascia and the casing and these will be indicated by coloured stickers and a photo included. Returns and refunds based on these will not be accepted.
Grade 4:
Items in this category may have major marks, scratches, dents, imperfections or damage on both the fascia and the casing and these will be indicated by coloured stickers and a photo included. In addition these items may have undiagnosed faults. Returns and refunds based on these will not be accepted.
