Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Pronounced ripe blackberry, liquorice and mint aromas intermingle with vanillin cedar, dusty earth and spice. Medium bodied with good flesh, the palate is amply fruited with plum, blueberry and liquorice flavours which sit over vanillin cedar, dusty earth and spice. Fine grained tannins and bright acidity concluding with a degree of elegance.
