Winery Tasting Notes

Appearance:

The wine has a vibrant, deep purple color with a hint of crimson at the rim, showcasing its youth and intensity.

Nose:

The nose is aromatic, featuring ripe dark fruits like black cherry, plum, and blackberry, alongside hints of white pepper, licorice, and subtle spices. A touch of vanilla and toasted oak adds complexity, with underlying earthy nuances.

Palate:

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and smooth, offering bold flavors of ripe dark berries and black cherry. The tannins are firm yet soft, providing structure while maintaining a velvety mouthfeel. Subtle notes of pepper, spice, and oak contribute a well-rounded finish, with balanced acidity giving freshness to the wine.

This Shiraz shows intense flavours of blackberry, cedar, nutmeg and bay leaf. Elegant and silky, delicate notes of oak support the fine palate structure and allow for ripe tannins to complete this cool climate wine.
