Delivery Information
Delivery time frames will depend on your location, please check the shipping calculator to see an estimate of when you can typically expect to receive your goods based on your postcode.
We will send you an email notifying you as soon as your items have left our warehouse.
In this email, you will find the name of the courier company and the consignment note number of your item as well as information on tracking the delivery of your item online. Simply follow the link and enter your reference number. You will then be able to quickly and efficiently track the delivery status of your item!
Please Note: Your goods will be delivered to your registered address. We do delivery Australia wide except for a few remote territories, please check the shipping calculator to confirm delivery availability and timeframes.
Warranty Details
Watches are warranted to the original purchaser for one full year from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship
Your watch will be repaired, replaced or refunded, at our option, if it is found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.
Warranty does not apply to normal wear, including scratching or accidental breakage and water damage.
Warranty service will not be provided if your watch shows evidence that it has been tampered with, misused, abused, or altered (including but not limited to: water / moisture damage sufficient to affect the function of the watch; damage to the case; or visible cracking of the crystal).
Not covered by any warranty is the battery, glass, crown, stem, band or strap and case. Proof of purchase is required.

How is water resistance measured?
Water resistance rating shows how a watch is sealed against water. It is displayed as an indication of the static test pressure that a watch can withstand when exposed to a leakage test. The test pressure can be indicated either directly in bars, atmospheres, or (more commonly) as an equivalent water depth in meters (or feet).
An indication of the test pressure in terms of water depth does not mean a water resistant watch was designed to be used in such water depths. For example, a 3 ATM (or 30 m) water resistant watch cannot be used in a swimming pool and certainly cannot at 30 meters under water. This is because the test is conducted only once using static pressure on some of the newly manufactured watches.
Water resistance ratings are as follows:
- Water Resistant 3 ATM (30 m): Suitable for everyday use. Splash/rain resistant. NOT suitable for swimming, snorkelling, water related work and fishing. NOT suitable for diving.
- Water Resistant 5 ATM (50 m): suitable for light swimming (not laps), above water related work, and fishing. NOT suitable for diving.
- Water Resistant 10 ATM (100 m): Suitable for recreational pool swimming, snorkelling, sailing and water sports. NOT suitable for diving.
- Water Resistant 20 ATM (200 m): Suitable for surf swimming, marine activity and serious surface water sports. NOT suitable for diving.
