Winery Tasting Notes

Notes Image

The vibrant mulberry colour jumps out of the glass immediately. Blackcurrant and Kakadu plum notes on the nose prepares you clearly for the crunchy Cabernet characters on the palate. This wine can easily be chilled during the warmer weather as it is a lighter styled red. With minimal sulphur additions this wine is made for

easy drinking, while the tannins hold just firm enough to be a serious accompaniment to your favourite puttanesca or lamb ragu.
