More often than deserved, the Limestone Coast can go unrecognised of its capacity to produce a portfolio of highly regarded wines – and so forth the Firing Eagle is determined to create noise. The soils are friable and free-draining which are perfect growing conditions for farmers – whilst 2 million years ago the land we know today was made up as part of the Coast’s seabed and was in fact underwater.The Firing Eagle is committed to sourcing only the best fruit parcels from the surrounding soils which in turn make up a powerful selection of wines for instant pleasure – but will age well with time in the cellar.
