This wine undergoes direct pressing before being vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. It is aged during 6 months before being bottled immediately to preserve its fresh fruit aromas.

Winery Tasting Notes

Notes Image

Clear and bright colour with red reflections. The nose has little berry notes. The palate is Light and balanced, we can find flavor of red and black berry. Tannins are subtle and soft. Serve between 13 to 15°C.

Wine and food pairing:

With white meets, pot-aufeu, or scrambled eggs for brunch.
