With an uncompromising commitment to quality, we sourced the very best grapes from the 2012 vintage of outstanding vineyards in the premier wine region of McLaren Vale in South Australia. This exquisite Australian Shiraz was matured for 24 months in the finest oak barriques to develop a fruit rich, complex wine which is perfectly balanced. The wine has been held back in our family's private cellar to allow for a further six years of bottle maturation for optimum enjoyment.

NOSE

Chocolate, liquorice, toasty oak and

Blackberry and plum with hints of earthiness and savoury, stylish tannins. A sophisticated wine that has poise
