Colour

The colour is deep inky red with intense ruby edges.

Aroma

The bouquet is rich with lovely oak and lingering floral aromas of violets and herbs. There’s hints of blackcurrant and dark clay soils. It’s complex and savoury with a background of tobacco and pot pourri.

The initial palate is intense and lively with blackberry and dark plum fruit. It’s medium weight with supple tannins. The mid palate is clean and well balanced with licorice, tobacco and leather overtones. A sophisticated and refined drinking experience.
