Buying the TV online was very easy It was delivered promptly I knew it was factory refurbished but I was not expecting marks on the TV surround. A little note stating that the unit could be marked would of been apprecitated

Easy as deciding on a brand and size and going online No more visiting bricks and mortar stores Currently hooked up to a mini PC I enjoy the best of analogue and digital channels, DVDs and internet Cannot tell difference between factory refurbished and real thing!
