• Two-way system - Despite the small size of the satellite speaker it features a twoway system – a woofer and a tweeter - that reproduces the mid- and upper range frequencies with full fidelity. The result is a very natural sounding vocal quality.
• Neodymium woofer - Neodymium is a powerful magnetic material – 10 times more powerful than a normal magnet. Because the magnet can be reduced in size, it can be placed inside the voice coil of the loudspeaker unit, allowing the magnetic force to be concentrated around the voice coil – exactly where it is needed.
• Subwoofer configuration - Subwoofers normally have bass reflex ports to extend the bass. However, the flat, compact A 2SUB features a passive radiator inconspicuously incorporated in the configuration, thus totally eliminating port noise.
• Electronic overload protection - The electronic PTC resistor limits power to the loudspeaker if it becomes overloaded. When the volume is turned down again, the resistor cools down and the sound is restored to its normal level.
