In some instances accessories may vary from the standard (for example, software or manuals may be missing or different, no original packaging).

Panasonic Factory Refurbished products carry a 3 month warranty managed by GraysOnline, where repair is required under warranty, it will be carried out by the Panasonic Authorised repairer – AWA Limited.

Details of how service under warranty can be obtained are available from your GraysOnline invoice. You will be required to return the product to the authorised repairer (as advised by the Grays Customer Support Team) at your expense. The warranty does not cover misuse of product or software issues of any kind. All warranty claims are managed exclusively by Grays.
