Until the 1950s, bottled-in-bond bourbon (also called bonded bourbon) was virtually the only kind available. Though the term refers to bonded warehouses and the law that regulates them, in todays lexicon it describes 100-proof bourbon (50 percent alcohol by volume), the way all bourbon used to be.
Semi sweet with dry toasted grain and oak. Light sweetness with grainy spirited fullness and aged for a minimum of 4 years.
Aroma: Spirited with grain and oak notes.
Palate: Light sweetness with grain spirited fullness
Finish: Semi sweet with dry toasted grain and oak.
Serving Suggestion: Neat with a splash of water or with ice & water & a wedge of lemon in a highball. Also easily mixable with your preferred mixer.
