50 pack face masks are made of disposable material, moisture-proof, soft and comfortable. It comes with 3 protection layer and adjustable nose strip and round elastic ear loop to give basic protection to the user. Comfortable and breathable material allows you to use it the whole day. This mask should be replaced in time, and the long term used is not recommended, it is suggested to stop using it if there is any unfitness or adverse reactions in the process of wearing. This mask is not washable, please ensure that it is used within the validity period. You can store in a dry, ventilated place and stay away from fire and flammable materials.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
  • The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was placed.
  • All Items must be UNUSED merchandise & returned in their original condition, without signs of wear - Open or Damaged box will not be consider for return/refund.
  • All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Nationwide delivery (Fixed Freight Charge: $10 inc. GST per box) available on this product purchase. To organize delivery buyer(s) need to contact vendor and pay separately to vendor for freight charge.
  • Please kindly make sure to get tracking information (Tracking number & name of courier company) back from vendor because as this is third party delivery service so Grays Online will not be collecting any transport tracking for items in this sale.

Collection

ASSET COLLECTION

This is a pick up item. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pick up the item within five working days once payment is successfully processed. Pick up booking is required - Collection will not be available without booking.

Pick up address: Castle Hill, NSW 2154 (Buyer need to contact supplier to get full collection address)

Pick up date/time: 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Please Email Mr. Nathan Kingston (nathan@ethicalmerchco.com.au) to book collection date and time.

To pick up:

1. You will need to provide your invoice number & name as per on invoice. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to pick up.

2. Attend the collection address during the time booked with a copy of your paid invoice and photo ID. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your paid invoice along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.

Please note:

  • Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid.
  • Any items not collected within five working days from purchase date will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a daily storage fee of $50 per day and/or removal fee.
  • Please make sure you have people to help you load your items and right transport.
  • Items must be inspected before removal as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
