This is a pick up sale. Collection is the responsibility of the purchaser.Pick up is available once cleared funds are received and you have been issued with a zero-balance owing invoice. Don’t want to wait in the queue? Bookings can be made at our Moorebank Warehouse, Monday to Friday between 8am to 4pm (excluding public holidays) by emailing pickups@grays.com.au. Please make sure to include your invoice number or winner’s email when booking your pickup. For next day collection bookings must be made and confirmed before 11am the day prior. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your winner’s e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.Please note:GraysOnline accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been picked up from the warehouse.Items must be inspected before removal from GraysOnline as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.Any items not collected after the last pick up date may be deemed abandoned and resold or otherwise disposed of, please see ourGraysOnline User Agreementfor more information.GraysOnline team members are unable to support you with the loading of your vehicle. We accept the following methods of Payment:

Credit Card

• 1.2% surcharge applies to Mastercard & VISA transactions
• 0.7% surcharge applies to Debit card transactions
• 2.5% surcharge applies to American Express transactions
• No other cards are accepted
• Invoices totalling less than $10,000 will be automatically debited from the card nominated within your account
• Invoices totalling in excess of $10,000 can be paid in-person at any Grays office

PayPal

• 1.2% surcharge applies to PayPal transactions
• Only accepted for invoices totalling less than $10,000 where elected as your preferred payment method within your account

EFT (Direct Deposit)

• For invoices totalling in excess of $10,000. Payment must be made in full within two business days of the auction closing.
• Please ensure to state your invoice number as the payment reference and email proof of the remittance to accountsreceivable@grays.com.au
• As EFT transfers can take up to 2 business days to clear, please contact Grays prior to collecting your purchase to confirm receipt of clear funds

Cash, Bank Cheques and Personal Cheques are not accepted payment methods.
