• GraysOnline accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been picked up from the warehouse.
• Items must be inspected before removal from GraysOnline as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.

• GraysOnline team members are unable to support you with the loading of your vehicle. You must ensure you arrive with appropriate support to help you load your vehicle and your vehicle is suitable to transport your purchase

Safety Guidelines:

• Children under the age of 15 will not be permitted on GraysOnline/Vendor sites.
• All persons visiting these sites must be wearing fully enclosed shoes, preferably safety boots where possible. All person(s) must wear a face mask all the time during the collection process and maintain 1.5-2M physical social distancing rule.

This Sale has a Variable Buyers Premium of either 7.5%, 20% & 15%. The Buyers Premium will be added to your final bid price.

GST Exclusive example:

Successful Bid Price is $109 + 20% Buyers Premium = $130.80 +10% GST = invoice total of $143.88

Successful Bid Price is $1509 + 16.5% Buyers Premium = $1,757.99 + 10% GST = invoice total of $1,933.79

Successful Bid Price is $7501 + 10% Buyers Premium = $8,251.10 +10% GST= invoice total of $9,076.21

GST Inclusive example:

Successful Bid Price (Inc GST) is $109 + 20% Buyers Premium = $130.80

Product Condition- Please refer to the individual lot description for product condition. Most lots have pictures assigned to them. These should be taken as a guide only. We accept the following methods of Payment:

Credit Card

• 1% surcharge applies to Mastercard & VISA transactions
• 2% surcharge applies to American Express & Diners Club transactions
• No other cards are accepted
• Invoices totalling less than $10,000 will be automatically debited from the card nominated within your account
• Invoices totalling in excess of $10,000 can be paid in-person at any GraysOnline office

PayPal

• 1% surcharge applies to PayPal transactions
• Only accepted for invoices totalling less than $10,000 where elected as your preferred payment method within your account

EFT (Direct Deposit)

• For invoices totalling in excess of $10,000. Payment must be made in full within two business days of the auction closing.
• Please ensure you state your invoice number within the payment reference. As EFT transfers can take up to 2 business days to clear, please contact GraysOnline prior to collecting your purchase to confirm receipt of clear funds

Cash

• Accepted only when deposited at an Westpac Branch
• Please ensure you state your invoice number within the payment reference
• When collecting an asset immediately after a cash deposit, please ensure you present the original Westpac deposit receipt
• (We do not accept cash at any GraysOnline or Vendor premises)

Bank Cheque

• Accepted for invoices totalling in excess of $10,000
• It is preferred that Bank Cheques are deposited at an Westpac Branch

Original Retail Prices: In certain circumstances, an item for sale on the site may display the manufacturers Original Retail price (ORP). All ORPs are prices supplied by the manufacturer (or retailer) of the item at the time of the items original sale, and therefore such ORPs may not be current at the time of the online auction of the item. Graysonline takes no responsibility for the display of ORPs on any item it offers for sale at an online auction on its site, and hereby advises all bidders to satisfy themselves as to the value of the item being auctioned.

Typically, auctions are over at their posted times. There are some exceptions to this, however, if there are any successful bids on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the close of the online auction (the “Going, Going, Gone! Period), it will be extended until there are no successful bids within the "Refresh Period".

There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes graysonline work more like a live auction where the bidding doesn’t stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time. This means it is a good idea to watch the action as the auction nears closing time and to check back often

• Due to the nature of this sale All items must be collected within the collection dates stated with no exceptions. Any items remaining uncollected after the nominated collection dates/times will be deemed abandoned with no refunds and you give permission to the vendor to dispose of it at their sole discretion.  As the Customer/s you also agree to release the Vendor and all associated parties, including their agents, employees and suppliers from any and all actions, suits and claims of any nature now and in the future in relation to this matter.

To collect your purchases please attend the collection address during the times advised with a copy of your winner's e-mail and photo ID.

• GraysOnline will require social distancing standards to be followed by employees and members of the public.
• GraysOnline staff are not permitted to handle customers devices or stationery.
• GraysOnline staff may ask you to wait outside a premises to ensure people numbers do not exceed social distancing requirements.
• Please maintain a distance of 2 metres between yourself and other people when on site.
• GraysOnline will not be supplying customers with Hi-Viz vests.
• GraysOnline staff may ask you to leave site should you display any flu like symptoms.

GraysOnline advises all buyers that all plant offered for sale at auction may not be fit for use in a workplace.

GraysOnline will provide:

• Safety information relating to the condition of the item of plant for sale (Plant Hazard Reports)
• Clear identification and marking to identify that the plant item is only suitable for scrap or spare parts
• Site Access, PPE and Removal of Plant requirements are listed under the Inspection and Collection Headings.

Please note:

• Persons under the age of 15 years will not be permitted onsite.
• Tradespeople eg; electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce the relevant licence before commencing work on site.
• Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to produce the relevant license before commencing work on site.
• It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Grays (NSW) Pty Ltd staff or their representatives.
• Work carried out on this site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
• All power tools and equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
• Grays (NSW) Pty Ltd will specify, based on the hazards present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site. (eg; safety footwear, safety eyewear, hard hats etc)
• The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8metres.

Note: Dismantling/Decommissioning of some assets in this sale may require a satisfactory Safe Work Method Statement prior to any work taking place onsite.
