SV Partners are seeking urgent expressions of interest for the purchase of the Paradise Rum Distillery and Paradise Rum Bar located in Warana and Mooloolaba respectively on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.
The Paradise Rum Distillery is the home for Paradise Rum products, boasting an impressive boutique 500L copper still, large kitchen, bar, restaurant and function venue, with a 200 person indoor / outdoor seated capacity and an artisan spirit producer liquor licence.
The Paradise Rum Bar operated a well-loved bar, bistro and function venue selling signature Paradise Rum spirits and cocktails from a leased premises in Mooloolaba with a 140 indoor / outdoor seated capacity and on-premises liquor licence 7 days a week until 12am.
