This Limited Release wine is our gift to you. With an uncompromising commitment to quality, we sourced the very best grapes from the 2012 vintage of outstanding vineyards in the premier wine regions of South Australia.

This exquisite Australian Cabernet Sauvignon was matured for 24 months in the finest oak barriques to develop a fruit rich, complex wine which is perfectly balanced. The wine has been held back in our family's private cellar to allow for a further six years of bottle maturation for optimum enjoyment.

COLOUR

Dark red with brick hues

NOSE

Pristine blackcurrant; cigar box and

herbaceous notes.

PALATE

Distinctly varietal blackcurrant and mulberry fruit flavours with a touch of cedar and earth adding some savoury

complexity. A focussed and intense wine, with the classicCabernet structure leading to a long and persistent finish.
