Collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser. We can provide freight companies contacts for delivery. Asset packaging and removal are the purchaser responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale. Goods not collected within this time frame will be deemed abandoned.
Invoice totals exceeding $5000 must be paid by direct deposit
A Buyers Premium of 15% applies to all lots purchased in this auction.

Product Condition: Please refer to the individual lot description for product condition. Most lots have pictures assigned to them. These should be taken as a guide only.
Payment: Invoice totals exceeding $5000 must be paid by direct deposit within 2 days of auction closing. Contact accounts@grays.com.au for an exact invoice total. Please note that personal or company cheques will not be accepted. For invoices totalling less than $5000, your credit card will be debited within 2 days of auction closing. To assist in the processing of payments please have funds available. Invoice totals exceeding $5000 will not be split.

Original Retail Prices: In certain circumstances, an item for sale on the site may display the manufacturers Original Retail price (ORP). All ORPs are prices supplied by the manufacturer (or retailer) of the item at the time of the items original sale, and therefore such ORPs may not be current at the time of the online auction of the item. Graysonline takes no responsibility for the display of ORPs on any item it offers for sale at an online auction on its site, and hereby advises all bidders to satisfy themselves as to the value of the item being auctioned.
Any product discrepancies must be notified to graysonline within 5 days of collection of goods, no responsibility will be taken by graysonline past this point.

Pick up date: Monday 23rd April 2012 between 9.00am and 4.00pm. Pick up outside this date/time is not available.
Pick up location: Corner of West Lakes Boulevard and Frederick Road, SEATON SA 5023
To collect your purchases please attend the collection address during the times advised with a copy of your winner's e-mail and photo ID.
A copy of your invoice will be on site with GraysOnline staff to assist in documenting the removal process.
If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your winner's e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.
Please Note: Pick up can only be made once cleared funds are received. Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid. Goods can only be released with the correct information being supplied which includes Sale number, Lot number's and Buyer's Name. Any items not collected by the pick up dates provided will incur a daily storage and handling charge. Any items not collected after the last pick up date may be deemed abandoned and resold or otherwise disposed of, please see our GraysOnline User Agreement for more information.
Collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unsure, do not bid as no refunds will be given.

Items must be inspected before removal from GraysOnline as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
